DotProperty: Company sold to ImmobilienScout24

Company sale 2010
At the end of 2008, Thomas Gawlitta has founded and built-up the online marketplace DotProperty for professional real estate trading. At the trade fair ExpoReal 2010 the portal was sold to ImmobilienScout24. It is now marketed under the name of CommercialNetwork and is as an independent business unit directed by me.
DotProperty/ CommercialNetwork is the closed marketplace for real estate investments starting with 5 million Euros.

Ende 2008 habe ich den Online-Marktplatz für den professionellen Immoilienhandel DotProperty aufgebaut. Zur ExpoReal 2010 wurde das Portal von ImmobilienScout24 gekauft. Es läuft nun unter CommercialNetwork und wird als eigenständige Business Unit von mir geleitet.

DotProperty/ CommercialNetwork ist der geschlossene Marktplatz für Gewerbe-Investmentobjekte ab 5 Mio. €.
